Waters of McLaughry Commercial leases 1,500 s/f repair and service shop to New England Diesel Injection
Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for McLaughry Commercial negotiated a 1,500 s/f lease with New England Diesel Injection at 250 Bank St. The company, which relocated from White River Junction, refurbishes, rebuilds and sells diesel injection systems.
David Crowe, owner, said "The new space is ideally set up for New England Diesel Injection, offering the appropriate amount of electrical services and high ceilings for storage and display."
McLaughry represented the landlord, Execusuite LLC and assisted the tenant.
