Gorham, ME Lee Nelsen, of Fishman Realty Group Inc. brokered the sale of 17 Gorham Industrial Parkway, a 14,250 s/f industrial building located in the Gorham Industrial Park.

The property, which had sat unfinished for several years, was purchased by Alpine Realty Corp. at auction in April of 2009.

In early 2010 Alpine was contracted to complete construction of the building for its new owner Portland Beverage, a state-wide beverage distribution company, formerly of Westbrook. "The project was a great opportunity for everyone involved," said Nelsen. "This building was a casualty of the downturn in the Maine Industrial Market... Its revival is a hopeful sign that things are beginning to pick up again."

Portland Beverage began operating out of its new facility on June 1st.
