R. Calabrese Agency leases 4,600 s/f to IHOP at Brass Mill Center

Waterbury, CT Bob Bowden of R. Calabrese Agency brokered a lease in the Brass Mill Center to the IHOP Restaurant chain. IHOP is taking the 4,600 s/f former Ruby Tuesdays space adjacent to the main entrance to the mall and the Brass Mill Cinema. IHOP is planning to open the restaurant by the end of this year subject to permitting and planning.

Bowden represented IHOP in the negotiation and Anthony Kalinowski of General Growth Properties represented Brass Mill Center.
