Michael Carucci and Charles Hinds of Group Boston Real Estate brokered the sale of 48-50 Temple Place for $3.2 Million. The 8,580 sq.ft. mixed-use building is located in the heart of Boston's Downtown Crossing and home to the Stoddard's Restaurant, office space, and three luxury residential apartments. Carucci and Hinds represented the buyer, Yanamtemple LLC, in the transaction. The property was sold by Temple Eagle Realty.
