According to Bierbrier Development, a developer of urban shopping centers in Eastern Massachusetts, celebrating its 40th year of business, b.good has opened for business at its Needham Street Village Shops, located at 55 Needham St. The new development project will serve as b.good's flagship location setting the precedent for all future store designs.
The 2,500 s/f, first generation space is bright and airy with tall windows spanning across the front and side of the building showcasing the al fresco dining area with seating for up to 10 guests. High, 32 foot walls leading up to an exposed ceiling, features menu item descriptions along with photos and stories of local farmers from whom their food is sourced.

"The premium menu offerings complement the center's unique merchandizing mix and appeals to the dense population of students, professionals and residents surrounding Needham Street Village Shops."
Ben Starr and Adam Cirel of Atlantic Retail represented the landlord in the transaction. "There has been significant leasing momentum at Needham Street Village Shops; more than half of the space across the two building, spec project is currently committed. Only a few end-cap and inline opportunities still exist for users up to 6,000 s/f," said Starr.
