CAI-NE Hall of Fame Award presented to Wesley Blair

The CAI-NE Hall of Fame Award was presented to Wesley Blair. The CAI-NE Hall of Fame Award recognizes with the highest honor and distinction, members who have consistently supported and promoted the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the community association industry. Wesley Blair is well known to many CAI members and those involved in the industry and the institute. His resume of accomplishments is lengthy and in addition to his active participation and volunteer service on CAI committees and task force, he is a four-term CAI New England chapter board member serving several times as chapter treasurer and twice as chapter president. Blair has been a member of the Condo Media board (the official publication of the CAI New England chapter) since its inception more than 12 years ago, and has held many Condo Media leadership roles including president.

A consummate advocate for associations he has worked with CAI legislative action committees (LACs) around the country supporting their efforts in passing priority lien legislation and has traveled to Washington to meet with federal legislators and agency officials. A reliable and ever available resource to CAI committees, members and staff, he has worked both behind the scenes and out in front, to make the New England chapter of CAI the strong and vibrant organization it is. For his years of service, unfaltering support and invaluable contributions, Blair was presented the Hall of Fame Award.
