New Haven, CT According to Pearce Real Estate, Jamie Cuzzocreo, commercial associate, has completed the sale of three adjacent properties at 490 and 492 Prospect St. and 411 Mansfield St. for $5 million. Cuzzocreo of represented the buyer, Albertus Magnus College, who will use the buildings for additional dorm space. Frank D’Ostilio of Real Living represented the seller, Overseas Ministries. 

The property is comprised of the Farrel Mansion at 490 Prospect St., along with Doane Hall at 492 Prospect St. and Great Hall at 411 Mansfield St. The combined office and living spaces total 28,659 s/f on 1.38 acres.
