Hird and Marshall of O,R&L Commercial sell 18,030 s/f retail/office property for $2.795 million
Madison, CT O,R&L Commercial, LLC sold The Marketplace, an 18,030 s/f retail/office investment property located at 1347 Boston Post Rd. The property is a mixed-use two-story retail/office building with a history of long-term tenancy. The building sits on 1.21 acres adjacent to the Hammonasset State Park with access to I-95 and the shoreline.
Frank Hird, SIOR, and Phil Marshall of O,R&L Commercial represented the seller, 1347 Marketplace LLC and the buyer, Robert Von Ancken. The property transferred for a sale price of $2.795 million.
