What your firm does now and its plans for the future? Chestnut Realty Partners (“Chestnut”) is a real estate fund formed in 2012 for the purpose of making direct investments in long-term, stable cash flowing real estate located primarily in New England. The portfolio consists of industrial/flex, multifamily residential and grocery-anchored retail properties.
Favorite novel: I read a wide range of books and articles

If you had to choose a different profession, what would it be? I love what I do - real estate and development!
Associations: I am a counselor of real estate and have participated in Consulting Corp. I have been an active member of CREW CT for 20+ years. An organization which provides excellent education, mentoring, networking and friendship. I currently serve as the national delegate for the CT board, I am a past president for CT, I have served as chair of numerous committees and in 2015 served on the national nominating committee for CREW Network.
