Manchester, NH Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, has completed five leases on behalf of American Shaman in N.H. Bryan Wright, of the Manchester office, represented the lessee, American Shaman. With retail locations across the country, American Shaman is one of the nation’s largest wellness companies with a focus on CBD hemp oil products.

The New Hampshire locations include:

• 1,600 s/f at Londonderry Commons in Londonderry; 

• 2,120 s/f at South Willow Plaza in Manchester; 

• 1,786 s/f at North Broadway Crossing in Salem;

• 1,394 s/f at 270 Amherst St. in Nashua; and 

• 1,792 s/f at 77 Fort Eddy Rd. in Concord.

American Shaman is currently negotiating other deals and seeking additional locations in N.H. and expanding into Mass.
