Melrose, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay have facilitated the sale of 47 units spread across two multi-family properties in totaling $13.7 million. Kelleher and Pentore facilitated the sale of 333 Main St. and 447 Pleasant St. 

333 Main St. consists of a four-story brick building with 23 residential units consisting of seven, 1-bedroom/1-bathroom units, fifteen, 2-bedroom/1-bathroom units, and one, 3-bedroom/1-bathroom unit with 22,324 s/f of living area in 25,104 s/f of gross area on a 0.47-acre parcel. 

447 Pleasant Street - Melrose, MA

447 Pleasant St. is a three-story brick building with 24 residential units consisting of one studio unit and 23, 1-bedroom/1-bathroom units with 13,440 s/f of living area in 14,974 s/f of gross area on a 0.459-acre parcel. 

Both assets, maintained through decades of ownership, feature off-street parking, updated units as well as on-site laundry facilities for tenants at both locations.

Both properties are located in downtown and are convenient to its many shops, dining amenities, and municipal offices, as well as the Wyoming Hill MBTA Station with service on the Haverhill Line to Boston’s North Station. The properties provide access to area schools, Melrose/Wakefield Hospital, and retailers and restaurants in downtown including Shaw’s and Whole Foods.
