Open House and Property Tour at 555 Long Wharf Dr., New Haven

This event will be sponsored by Fusco Management Company, LLC and will feature complimentary garage parking, cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. All property professionals and commercial real estate brokers are welcome and will have the opportunity to participate in a business card raffle. During the event, attendees will be have the opportunity to tour a large block of space measuring a total of 80,000 s/f offered for occupancy in the third quarter of 2013. Fusco Harbour Associates, LLC, built and manages 555 Long Wharf Maritime Center, a class A building located on the New Haven Harbor with a vast array of on-site amenities, connections to mass transportation and beautiful harbor views. The property is located immediately off I-95 at Exit 46 in New Haven and is minutes from I-91 and Routes 34 and 15.
