On Thursday afternoon, April 3, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm in Woburn, ASM will host a seminar focusing on aspects of the public bidding process that can be problematic for even the most experienced public bidders. The seminar features attorney Carolyn Francisco and attorney Joseph Pisarri of Corwin & Corwin LLP, who will review the major bidding statutes and the important differences between them, then do a "deep dive" into topics that can lead to costly protests and disputes, including bid errors (waivable v. unwaivable), "equals," Paragraph E issues, rejections and more.
