September 13, 2012 - Front Section
Cherrytree Group president Warren Kirshenbaum will participate in a Real Estate Roundtable on September 20th, hosted by DiCicco, Gulman & Company, LLC.
The Roundtable, during which a panel of industry experts will discuss
creative tax strategies for commercial property owners and developers,
will take place at the Westin Waltham.
Kirshenbaum, who holds an undergraduate business degree, a law degree
and a masters in corporate law, will discuss brownfields credits
during the roundtable; he is a recognized authority on the securing and sale of tax credits at the state and federal levels by developers remediating contaminated properties, rehabilitating historical buildings and installing renewable energy facilities.
"It is a privilege and an honor to present at this valuable seminar,"
said Kirshenbaum. "The topics that will be addressed are quite timely
and are certain to provide useful information to those who attend."
