Cherrytree Group president Warren Kirshenbaum will participate in a Real Estate Roundtable on September 20th, hosted by DiCicco, Gulman & Company, LLC. The Roundtable, during which a panel of industry experts will discuss creative tax strategies for commercial property owners and developers, will take place at the Westin Waltham. Kirshenbaum, who holds an undergraduate business degree, a law degree and a masters in corporate law, will discuss brownfields credits during the roundtable; he is a recognized authority on the securing and sale of tax credits at the state and federal levels by developers remediating contaminated properties, rehabilitating historical buildings and installing renewable energy facilities.
