Sower, Weissman, Cohen and Ganong of Boston Realty Advisors broker $4.71 million sale

Boston Realty Advisors (BRA) has sold a 7-unit apartment building located in the city's Back Bay neighborhood for $4.71 million or $672,857/unit. Located on the second block of Commonwealth Ave. known for its historic brownstones, 86 Commonwealth Ave. consists of a 7-unit brownstone. BRA's team of Christopher Sower, Jason Weissman, Robert Cohen and Kristy Ganong represented the seller. Sower said, "This sale was very much a collaborative effort between our multifamily investment sales team and the residential division of the firm." Weissman said, "86 Commonwealth was a very rare offering, as the building was in excellent condition with original period detail and it offered ample parking." BRA operates a full-service commercial brokerage platform. BRA specializes in selling investment properties throughout N.E. The firm's mission is to fill a void in the commercial real estate industry with creative and aggressive marketing.
