Located on the second block of Commonwealth Ave. known for its historic brownstones, 86 Commonwealth Ave. consists of a 7-unit brownstone. BRA's team of Christopher Sower, Jason Weissman, Robert Cohen and Kristy Ganong represented the seller.
Sower said, "This sale was very much a collaborative effort between our multifamily investment sales team and the residential division of the firm."
Weissman said, "86 Commonwealth was a very rare offering, as the building was in excellent condition with original period detail and it offered ample parking."
