128 CRE promotes Huebner and Baker hires Shea

Newton, MA 128 CRE has completed the promotion of Meghan Huebner to marketing director, Caroline Baker to senior advisor, and the addition of Lauren Shea as client services & marketing advisor. These staffing updates reflect the company’s continued growth and commitment to developing talent while strengthening its ability to serve clients throughout the Greater Boston commercial real estate market.

Huebner has been promoted from client services director to marketing director. As she enters her 10^th year with the team she builds on a decade of contributions that have helped shape the firm’s growth, strengthen client relationships, and elevate its marketing operations. 

Since joining the team in 2016, Huebner has played an integral role in increasing brand visibility, streamlining processes, and supporting business development initiatives. In her new role as Marketing Director, she will oversee strategic marketing planning, campaign development, and brand management. Drawing on her extensive experience in account management, database administration, property analysis, and client communications, Meghan brings a strategic and collaborative approach to her work. Her expertise has helped drive greater consistency, efficiency, and innovation across the organization, and she looks forward to continuing that work in her new role.

Caroline Baker has been promoted from Client Services Advisor to Senior Advisor, transitioning into a brokerage-focused role after building a strong foundation supporting clients and brokers throughout the transaction process. Her experience in client service, business development, and sales provides her with a unique understanding of client needs and market opportunities. In her new role, Caroline will leverage that knowledge to advise tenants, landlords, and investors while delivering the responsive, relationship-driven approach that has defined her success at 128 CRE. A native of Wellesley, Massachusetts, she brings valuable local market knowledge and strong connections throughout the Greater Boston area.

Lauren Shea joins 128 CRE as Client Services & Marketing Advisor following her graduation from the University of Rhode Island, where she earned a degree in Marketing. In her role, Lauren supports both the brokerage and marketing teams, serving as a key point of contact for clients, prospects, and partners while assisting with marketing initiatives, property information management, and CRM administration. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach help support the firm’s leasing and investment activities while ensuring a high level of client service.
