Bluette and O’Connor joins MOREgroup’s healthcare practice

 

 

Boston, MA MOREgroup, the national architecture and engineering firm, is strengthening the leadership of its healthcare practice with the addition of Matt Bluette, AIA, ACHA, AICP, NCARB, LEED AP as senior principal and healthcare practice leader and Lynda O’Connor IIDA, NCIDQ, LEED, LEAN as associate principal. The pair brings their longstanding professional partnership to the Boston office of E4H Environments for Health Architecture (E4H), a MOREgroup brand.

Bluette and O’Connor draw on nearly five decades of combined healthcare design experience, and a longstanding professional partnership developed across multiple firms and project types. Their established collaboration, shared commitment to client service, and complementary expertise enhance their ability to support healthcare providers throughout New England.

Bluette’s 30 years of experience leading healthcare planning and design make him an expert in master planning, regulatory strategy, and expanding care access through community-based healthcare environments. He is known for engaging directly with healthcare providers to better understand care delivery and develop evidence-based solutions that improve operational efficiency for patients and staff.

O’Connor contributes nearly 20 years of healthcare design experience spanning project delivery, team leadership, and interior architecture. She successfully guides projects from procurement through implementation, understanding the balance of complex clinical requirements within environments. Her commitment to continuity and collaboration has earned the trust of clients across a wide range of healthcare facilities.
