(AIDC) What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2015? Redeveloping and implementing our new company website (www. Aidc.com) is a major accomplishment. Maintaining a 95% occupancy rate amongst our industrial, office, and flex space is also critical to our operation. What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2015? In March, Auburn Industrial Development Corp. leased 17,000 s/f of warehouse & showroom space to Peabody Supply, a distributor of plumbing and HVAC products. Peabody Supply is a welcome addition to the AIDC tenant base.
