This new role has allowed me to accelerate growth substantially within my career in the building envelope industry, by working directly with clients and managing a project team from inception to completion. What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2015? Being part of the Rowes Wharf, Wessling team and having the opportunity to restore and maintain the integrity of this Boston, modern landmark property. Continuing a long-term relationship and commitment with ownership. Being involved in the design and restoration of the plaza. What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2016? The biomedical sector will continue to boom alongside several multifaceted developments in 2016.
