What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2015? Hooper Mansion Condominium at 448 Beacon St. in Boston, a luxury seven unit condominium developed by The Congress Group, Inc. on the site of the former regional headquarters of the Church of Scientology. Commercial real estate will continue to be strong in 2016, especially in greater Boston.
