4th Annual REFA State of the Market Seminar

REFA has taken its most popular annual program, the September Market Overview, and transformed its format into a far more comprehensive event.  It now includes a number of the region’s best known and most successful real estate professionals.  This year’s event took place on September 17.  The morning program included a keynote speaker and specialty panels on investment sales, regional leasing, and capital markets.

The participants included:

• Carl Kuehner of BLT as keynote speaker

• Ernest DesRochers from NorthMarq and Al Mirin of Cushman & Wakefield spoke on investment sales

Jim Fagan of Cushman & Wakefield, Tom Pajolek of CBRE and James Ritman of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank spoke on leasing

• Jim Moran of Cushman & Wakefield provided a market overview and moderated the different panel discussions.

Special thanks to the committee who worked tirelessly to put this program together: Jim Moran, Al Mirin, George Yerrall, Steve Elbaum and David Genovese.
