How do you play your strengths to your advantage in your career: An essential skill of an effective lawyer is the ability to see a situation from multiple perspectives. When counseling clients or helping them pursue or defend a position, this helps the client not only understand and evaluate his or her risk but ultimately helps us come to a practical resolution that both sides can accept, allowing everyone to get back to work. Although I will fight hard for my client’s position, I also know that getting to a resolution is ultimately where I truly add value.
