What was your first position/job in the A/E/C Industry? I started as an Assistant Project Manager at JK Scanlan working in their Healthcare Construction Department.
Why the A/E/C Industry? I always enjoyed the industry, and thought growing up that I would become an architect, but through the co-op process at Wentworth I found that the general contractors side of the industry was the best combination of everything I enjoyed.
Advice/Keys to Success: Never stop asking questions! The only way any of us will get better at anything in life is to keep learning, and I want to always be improving!
If you had to choose one word to explain why you do what you do, which one most suits you? And why? Evolving: The construction industry is always evolving and coming up with more efficient, higher tech, more detailed ways of looking at the work we do. I find it fascinating to learn all these new techniques and hope to continue to evolve myself as I continue to grow in this industry.
As we enter the spring of 2026, the Rhode Island industrial real estate market stands on stable footing, following several years of resilience fueled by constrained supply, steady demand, and dynamic economic conditions.
