Why the A/E/C Industry? My mom was an executive in the construction industry, on the finance side. I guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree! Since I grew up around the industry, I felt like I had some insight on how I could best help people make informed decisions about their money. I started Klarity Financial™ to specifically serve the A/E/C industry and be a financial resource to men and women in this field.
Advice/Keys to Success: Be authentic and never compare yourself to others- everyone is on a different journey and everyone struggles at some point. Spend your life striving to live your true purpose- we were all born for a reason, it’s important to figure out why. Deal with conflict by asking questions and getting clarity on what the other person is thinking. If you want happiness- give, give, give to others.
Finally, forgive yourself for your mistakes- they’re what helped you grow!
