Why the A/E/C Industry? I chose the Construction Industry because of where I live. On Cape Cod there are so many builders and construction companies.
Advice/Keys to Success: My advice for success is to find a niche for yourself and make yourself indispensable to your company.
What was your most notable project in 2017? I would have to say Noquochoke Village, a new construction, affordable housing project in Westport, MA. Noquochoke was my most notable project because of the Wampanoag Tribal restrictions on the land.
If you had a mentor in your career, who was it and what did they teach you? Marjorie Gibson, the previous director of personnel at Sippican Corp. in Marion, Mass. was my mentor. She taught me to find a niche for myself and carve out a place within the company.
