What recent project or transaction are you most proud of? At the beginning of this year, I was promoted to research manager at Colliers’ New Hampshire office. Working as the marketing coordinator for the last four years has allowed me to bring a unique and creative approach to this new role and produce reports with our data in a format that allows our clients to easily understand market trends. I’m proud of these updated in-depth office and industrial reports and the newly created submarket reports showcasing our company’s market knowledge. Also with this transition, I’ve published articles on the markets in the NEREJ, NH Business Review, and NH Realtor magazine.
