How has your involvement in CREW Boston impacted your career? CREW Boston has been integral to my personal, professional, and career growth. Early in my membership, a colleague led me to the network’s smaller format programs where I was comfortable making connections. These relationships extended referrals and strengthened my network, social skills, and understanding of the CRE industry. I’ve co-chaired committees, been director of the board, and received an Achievement Award. Without the friends, colleagues, mentors, and skill sets I’ve developed through CREW Boston, I may never have transitioned a period of under-employment to founding a partnership that has grown into my WBE-certified landscape architecture practice.
