2019 Women Who Build: Brittney Dishian, Antinozzi Associates

Name: Brittney Dishian

Position: Senior Registered Interior Designer

Company: Antinozzi Associates

How many years have you been in your current field? 7 years

What were your biggest fears when you started out in your profession? My biggest fear was pursing my passion for interior design while entering the workforce as a millennial into a work culture that was only just starting to shift directions. I sought to be taken seriously in my career, not only as a hard worker willing to gain more knowledge about their dream profession, but as a young woman. If you put in the time and surround yourself with those willing to teach you what they’ve learned the possibilities are endless. I will always continue to tell myself, “You are your biggest advocate, fight for what you believe you deserve!”
