1. Oprah Winfrey: Because of her wisdom and confidence. 

2. Pat Summit: I wish I could have had half of the confidence that Pat had. To do what she did for women’s basketball in a male dominated sport was amazing. 

3. Meryl Streep: She exudes confidence and wisdom and seems like she would be a fun person to hang out with!

What were your biggest fears when you started out in your profession? When I first started out finding a job was very hard because of the economy. Being a young female engineer entering a male-dominated field was a little overwhelming.
