How many years have you been in your current field? 19
What were your biggest fears when you started out in your profession? I probably experienced many of the same fears that most individuals face when starting their careers: Would I have the technical knowledge to contribute to the team? Would I get along with my coworkers? Would my boss listen to me? Would my input be valued and respected? Would clients and other design professionals like my designs? What I learned as I grew in the profession is that these were fears many professionals have had and learned to overcome. In the end, going into any new profession, one begins to understand that time compounded with practical experience and professional knowledge are you biggest allies.
