What books, blogs, podcasts, resources or influencers would you recommend to women? Books (and other essays) I’d recommend for women (and men!) in the industry include “The Color of Law” by Richard Rothstein and “The Just City Essays,” edited by Toni Griffin, Ariella Cohen and David Maddox. These texts should be required reading for everyone in the commercial real estate Industry as they offer visions for how to design more equitable and socially just cities for people.
