What are you planning to do differently in 2020 to have a positive impact on your carreer? In our business of staffing the A/E/C industry I have learned a lot over the past few years about how to build lasting relationships. This is a key element to what we do and I have made my career on forming relationships with my clients by learning not only about their needs, culture, and hiring struggles but, also learning about them as individuals. In 2020, I want to make sure that we are capitalizing on the relationships that we have built and accurately attending to our clients’ needs and providing them with the best possible service out there.
