What was the most difficult part of working during the pandemic of 2020? Our people did a tremendous job staying connected and engaged on their projects and with their project teams as we shifted to working remotely. Everyone has worked so hard throughout the pandemic and the most difficult part, I’ve found, was having to pivot so many of our joyful Dellbrook|JKS group events to a socially distanced platform. I really missed those opportunities to just have fun together! It was hard to forgo events like volunteering and community service days, and our summer and winter holiday parties but, our people are resilient and came up with some really creative ways to get together despite the distance. From virtual trivia nights to exercise challenges, they made the best of it and I can’t wait to see all of us together again!
