What led you to your current profession? My background was in the hospitality industry in south Florida and Boston, and after 10 plus years, it was time for a change of pace. I worked as an event manager for both social and corporate events and since I’ve always found myself thriving in a “people person” position, the move into commercial real estate felt natural and offered the **change** I was looking for .

What are some of the benefits of being a mentor or having a mentor? Starting off in anything new, especially in commercial real estate, having a mentor is a must. Every commercial property is different and it needs to be handled that way. The guidance of a “senior agent” is necessary to ensure your clients are in the best hands and that the transaction runs smoothly from start to finish. The unique thing about this industry is that with only two years of experience I can still be a mentor to newly licensed and eager agents. There’s always something new to learn, whether it’s been your life long career or the beginning of a new endeavor. I’ll continue to be guided and provide guidance along the way.
