What led you to your current profession? I grew up in NYC, home to some of the most iconic buildings in the USA. In middle school I developed a passion for architecture and math. I was nominated for a Women in Engineering program at a local college. Several influential women spoke at this program. I then knew that Engineering and Construction was the career path for me. Many women don’t think about construction because it wasn’t always portrayed as a career option for us. I believe that gender equity in construction is a win for the next generation of girls that will enter this industry and everyone!
