
Starting out in the construction business, who or what empowered you? My dad was an associate professor at Wentworth and on weekends he would bring me to the campus when he was teaching a class, where I would wander around the property. My dad was my rock and he pushed me to go to Wentworth. It has a co-op program, and one of my early co-op jobs was in the Estimating department where I met my first mentor, who took me under his wing and gave me the opportunity to estimate trades. We worked on all competitive bid projects together and I realized early on I am a very competitive person and loved winning!
As we enter the spring of 2026, the Rhode Island industrial real estate market stands on stable footing, following several years of resilience fueled by constrained supply, steady demand, and dynamic economic conditions.
