What are you most looking forward to post-pandemic? In addition to spending time with my family and friends, I am actually looking forward to returning to the office and seeing everyone in person! Working from home has its conveniences, but depending on your circumstances, it can be isolating, hectic, overwhelming, and un-motivational. There is something to be said about spontaneous collaboration and discussion with colleagues in the workplace. Being able to bounce ideas off others can really get the creative juices flowing and I miss that.

Why should women consider a career in construction? I think women should consider a career in construction because there are so many different careers to choose from and women can do anything they want and put their mind to! I have been in the A/E/C industry for over 20 years and have worked with and met so many amazing and talented women – architects, landscape architects, construction managers, engineers, graphic designers, marketing/BD/PR professionals, and real estate developers. The list is never ending.
