Starting out in the construction business, who or what empowered you? All of the people who believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. As a 22 year old, petite, blonde I didn’t think that anyone could ever take me seriously in this industry. But I have been proven wrong by this so many times. This industry is filled with some of the most genuine people you will ever meet who want to help you and see you succeed.
