Starting out in the construction business, who or what empowered you? I was fortunate to have the support of my family. Both of my parents provided me encouragement throughout my life and early on as I took a larger role within the company. To have people who believe in you is truly a gift. My brother Bill has been instrumental in my professional development and growth. We have surrounded ourselves with many people both inside and outside the business who have mentored and supported us as we have grown. I hope for any opportunity to provide that mentorship and support to any woman looking to enter and grow within our industry.
