What advice would you offer to women getting into the CRE industry?
Your network is everything. Be sure to surround yourself with genuine, authentic, and supportive connections. Those who can share best practices, be there when times are tough, and who will celebrate in your successes. Be determined, honest, and have a willingness to learn. Know that at times you will make mistakes, but don’t let those moments define you. We grow in the uncomfortable. Just make sure to enjoy the journey!

In the past year, what project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?
Just recently I received my associate broker license in the state of Maine. This had been a goal of mine for quite some time and I finally seized the opportunity. I have so thoroughly enjoyed helping local businesses and investors in the Southern New Hampshire market for the past few years and I am eager to expand my coverage to Southern Maine. I am looking forward to continuing to grow my network, gain additional experience, and help more local businesses as well as investors find their next property.
