What advice would you offer to women getting into the CRE industry?
My advice would be to make connections through networking. I have joined several service organizations and women’s business groups that have helped with professional growth, enhanced knowledge of my market, business development, and created friendships. Also having a mentor and/or colleagues for support, guidance, and knowledge has been very helpful to me.

In the past year, what project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?
A project that comes to mind was working with a new client that was transitioning from a multifamily to an office portfolio. We worked on several transactions over the past year in New Hampshire. Most recently, they purchased a multitenant building they had been interested in for some time. This property is now the largest office building in their portfolio. Being able to help them achieve one of their goals and grow their portfolio was a great accomplishment this year.
