What advice would you offer to women getting into the CRE industry? I would encourage women to have confidence, ask questions, and not be afraid to act. Real estate is a team sport and by connecting with like-minded professionals who share the same values and philosophies, you can achieve more and have an impact. “You have to believe in yourself. In the past year, what project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? After nearly two years of an asset being stuck in probate court, we closed on a Dorchester triplex – with built-in equity since we were able to purchase in 2022 at 2020 prices. I am most proud of putting together a capital stack with diverse investors to create clean, safe, and affordable housing. With thanks to an accomplished and experienced team, we are moving forward with the rehab and look forward to delivering the asset in spring 2023.
