What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? ESG is a core principle of Bulfinch and remains an important focus for our investors, tenants, and company leadership. I proudly led the coordination efforts on projects designed to maximize energy savings and the enhancement of sustainable transportation options. Projects included a RTU replacement and the installation of EV charging stations. We collaborated with our service providers and the utilities to leverage incentive programs reducing costs, energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, and improving tenant satisfaction.
