What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? In fall of 2022 we completed an eight-building residential campus for Amego, Inc., an organization that supports people with autism and other developmental disabilities. The project consisted of six group homes (3,600 s/f each) that collectively house 42 people. Additionally, we built a 2,800 s/f community center, 1,000 s/f maintenance garage, playground, half basketball court, and campus-wide walking path. This project definitely had its challenges navigating through COVID supply chain issues but, in the end, resulted in a very successful project. The owner, current residents, and their families are delighted with the final product.
