2023 Ones to Watch Rising Stars: Greg Bohenko, Samuels & Associates

Greg Bohenko
Acquisitions Manager
Samuels & Associates

Number of years at firm: 5

One thing on my bucket list: Snowboard on all seven continents.

When I am not working, I am: I participate in Spartan races, enjoy kite surfing and golfing, and spending time with my wife and daughter

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I recently managed the acquisition of a large property in Westborough for a life-sciences biomanufacturing campus. The transaction is both significant in scale and impact – this site is poised to become one of the best-located biomanufacturing campuses in the state. I was able to drive this deal forward by identifying the emerging life-sciences development trend early in the pandemic, including the need for additional biomanufacturing facilities in central locations with access to a diverse workforce. As a result, I was able to pitch and engage our partnership team early, creating an edge in identifying potential deals.

What makes this nominee a RISING STAR?
“In his position Greg looks at real estate on an institutional level and has an endless desire to succeed. He exemplifies and follows S&A’s placemaking philosophy and passion for neighborhood creation, through creative thinking and his ability to navigate and bring value out of the potential acquisition deals.” - Andi Simpson, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Samuels & Associates
