Matthew Cuneo
Associate Advisor
SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston

Number of years at firm:

One thing on my bucket list: To one day start a foundation that helps local startup small businesses in Framingham with funds for initial launch of operation.

When I am not working, I am: Coaching baseball for Nokona USA Baseball or practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Since starting in 2023, I have been a part of 16 office, industrial and retail leasing transactions totaling over 64,000 s/f. I successfully helped represent Cressey Performance for their 15,000 s/f renewal at 577 Main St. in Hudson, Mass. I currently represent over 10 office and industrial buildings for lease totaling 45,368 s/f. I am also representing a seller on a building that I currently have under agreement in Marlborough for 24,000 s/f of office space.

What makes this nominee a RISING STAR?
“Matt’s work ethic and professionalism are two of his many qualities that make him a rising star. In addition to his early success in a difficult commercial real estate business, Matt’s positive attitude coupled with his willingness and desire to help individuals and businesses make him an ideal and trusted real estate agent.” - Garrett Quinn, Senior Advisor at SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston
