What was your greatest professional achievement or most notable project in the last 12 months?

It’s been a continued period of growth for Brennan Consulting, one of Boston’s youngest WBE firms. The past few years saw considerable advancements in market sectors, client base, and an already robust portfolio to include many of the region’s top performers. What has been most notable are the innovations in adaptive reuse and new construction methods on several private developments, public schools, universities, municipal and state roadways, state forests, parks, and harbor islands. From surveying and civil design, through permitting and construction, Brennan Consulting’s qualified team successfully pivoted since the pandemic and continues to assure successful project delivery. Bold innovation and state-of-the-art technologies have allowed us to broaden our portfolio to include some of the largest projects in the Commonwealth.

What tips or advice would you offer to other women who are considering entering the construction industry?

Women should consider a career in construction. It’s exciting. There are always emerging technologies and new innovations to build things better, stronger, greener. I believe in progress and progress promotes ingenuity. Also, find what empowers you. Work hard at ensuring customer satisfaction, stay hands on in the development of strong client relationships, and find ways to improve procedures and exceed industry standards. Employees are the backbone of any consulting firm and continuing to grow with your team, and remain focused on the delivery of quality, helps to maintain progress. The people we work with each day make a company successful.
