What person, project, transaction, or market trend had the greatest impact on your industry this year?

One market trend that has impacted our industry is the shift in commodities markets which has created the need for my team as a subcontractor, to work very closely with our ownership groups, architects, prime contractors, vendors and manufacturers, to create innovative strategies to stay on budget and schedule.

What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2023?

Our national expansion and creation of our framing division. My team and I were tasked in developing markets, creating valuable and trusting relationships based on our regional success and the value and power of our pre-construction and field teams.

How has your career path changed in 2023? Growth brings both challenges and accomplishments. My company has grown because today we are stronger and more prepared than yesterday.
