What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2023?

FamilyAid has been a rewarding project, converting a former nursing home into family housing. We’re all privy to the housing crisis and our client and the city of Newton have been instrumental in getting this project going. We started preconstruction this summer and aim to be moving families in by midyear 2024.

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2024?

Working with FamilyAid has shown us that investment by the state and towns will drive development of housing, workforce & low-income housing. Everyone needs to think outside the box to find creative investments to make the dollars work, and towns need to be on board to help push these important projects through.
