What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2023?

Over the past few months, I have been working with the AGC BWiC Committee and Christy Murphy of The Vertex Companies to launch a podcast called “Behind the Facade.” This unconventional monthly podcast pulls back the curtain on the good, the bad, and sometimes displeasing aspects of the commercial construction industry. We have real conversations with CEOs, tradeswomen, VPs, and more.

This podcast means a lot to me because it showcases the challenges of the industry that may not always be a part of the conversation. I hope this podcast will make these topics more approachable and relatable to others in the industry. The podcast will launch in early 2024 and can be found on Spotify!
